Cancellation Policy
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or correct its delivery address.

Canceling an Order
You may request cancellation at any time before the order ships. A cancellation request is not complete until our customer service team confirms it.
Because warehouse processing may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee that every cancellation request can be completed.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may request a return under our Return and Refund Policy.
Address Changes
Contact us immediately if your delivery address is incorrect. Address changes are not guaranteed, and packages cannot be redirected after shipment.
Seller Cancellations
We may cancel an order because of product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or incomplete order information.
If Vintage Fork Home cancels an order after payment, the full amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund timing
We normally issue an approved cancellation refund promptly. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
