Products and product information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, prices, and images accurately. Displayed colors may vary by screen. Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Product availability may change without notice. We may correct typographical errors or inaccuracies before or after an order is submitted and will contact you when a material correction affects an accepted order.
Products requiring customer assembly or installation will be identified on the applicable product page and should be assembled according to the included instructions. Unless a product page expressly states that a load capacity has been tested, do not assume a stated load capacity or use the product for safety-critical support.
Orders acceptance and cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, address limitations, or quantity restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.
You may request cancellation before shipment by contacting customer service. Cancellation is effective only after we confirm it. Once an order ships, the Return and Refund Policy applies.
Prices taxes and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Available payment methods may include Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We do not currently offer installment financing.
Shipping returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms of Service.
No additional commercial warranty
We do not provide an additional commercial or extended warranty unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise. This statement does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
