Information about product support and our policy regarding additional commercial warranties.

No Additional Commercial Warranty
Vintage Fork Home does not provide an additional commercial, extended, or manufacturer-extension warranty unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise before purchase.
Problems on Arrival
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Available Resolution
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, exchange, missing part, prepaid return, or refund at no additional shipping cost.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear, aging, fading, or minor variations in color, grain, texture, or dimensions.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper assembly, installation, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
- Damage caused after delivery by moisture, weather, unsuitable storage, pets, or another person.
- Failure to follow product instructions or safety information.
Assembly and installation
Products requiring assembly or installation will be identified on the applicable product page. Follow all supplied instructions and use appropriate tools and safety practices.
