Vintage Fork Home does not offer an additional commercial or extended warranty unless expressly stated on the product page. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support@vintaforkhome.com or +1 (408) 218-2068 within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please provide your order number and photographs where available.

We arrange a replacement, exchange, missing-part shipment, or refund as appropriate under our Return and Refund Policy, with no additional shipping cost to you.

Damage caused by misuse, alteration, improper installation, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered by this product-support policy.
